筛查大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌高产AmpC酶的三种方法比较 被引量:2

摘要 AmpC酶属于分子生物学分类中的C类酶及功能分类(Bush分类)中的Ⅰ类酶,能水解第一、二、三代头孢菌素及单酰胺类抗生素,且不受酶抑制剂抑制,外膜蛋白丢失的菌株甚至出现对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药。虽然质粒型AmpC酶不及ESBL常见,但由其所致严重感染的病死率更高,危害更严重。Pai等报道,在产质粒型AmpC酶肺炎克雷伯菌血液感染患者中,
