流感嗜血杆菌耐药模式监测及耐药机制研究 被引量:16

摘要 流感嗜血杆菌是急性呼吸道感染的常见病原菌,其中b型最容易引起肺炎和脑膜炎等侵袭性疾病。氨苄西林曾经是治疗流感嗜血杆菌感染的首选药物,但近年来,随着抗生素的广泛使用,世界各地流感嗜血杆菌对氨苄西林等B内酰胺类抗生素耐药率上升较快,且不同地区差异很大。其耐药主要机制是产生β内酰胺酶,而产β内酰胺酶的主要基因为TEM和ROB基因。因此耐药基因的检测对流感嗜血杆菌感染的防治有重要意义。本研究对流感嗜血杆菌进行了耐药基因检测和耐药模式探讨。
