摘要
先天性小眼球是一种非常少见的复杂眼病,往往伴有多方面的眼球发育异常,并造成严重的临床并发症。这不仅增加了患者晶状体摘除手术的难度,对人工晶状体的选择也提出了更高的要求。我们拟就复杂先天性小眼球白内障手术晶状体的选择作一简要综述。
Congenital microphthalmia is a rare complex condition which is often associated with a wide range of spectrum of developmental abnormality and subsequently clinical severity,cataract surgery is technically needed in these patients,and special attention must be given to preparing the intraocular lens for implantation after cataract extraction.We present the current state of these studies.
