摘要
络病理论是中医学的重要组成部分,是微观辨证不可或缺的主要内容,对于中医外感、内伤杂病的治疗具有独特的学术价值和临床指导意义。清代温病学家吴鞠通对络病证治有独到的见解,提出了清络法、宣络法、活络法、温络法、补络法、搜络法、透络法7种治法,丰富了络病的治疗方法,为后世治疗络病奠定了坚实的基础。
The theory of Collaterals Diseases is an important part of TCM,and is the main and obbligato content for microcosmic syndrome differentiation in TCM.It has distinct academic value and guidance significance in treating the diseases caused by exogenous and endogenetic pathogenic factors.WU Ju-tong,a famous doctor in Qing dynasty,put forward to theoriginal opinions for treating Collaterals Diseases.He gave seven methods for them,which were clearing collaterals,dispersing collaterals,activating collaterals,warming collaterals,patching collaterals,seeking collaterals and penetrating collaterals.His academic thought made the therapeutic methods abundant in treating Collaterals Diseases,and had done the groundwork for treating Collaterals Diseases in later generations.
