摘要
微粒助留助滤体系由于可以取得纸料留着、滤水和纸页成形的较好平衡而得到广泛应用,而微粒助留助滤体系发挥作用的关键是微粒子组分。本文对现已广泛使用的无机阴离子微粒和正在研究开发的阳离子无机微粒和有机微粒进行了分析,并提出了制备高度支化结构有机微粒的新思路。
Micro-particle retention and drainage aid system which can achieve high retention efficiency and increase dewatering rate without harming the sheet formation has been widely used in pulp and paper industry. The micro-particles play important roles in the function of retention and drainage aid system. In this paper the research status of inorganic micro-particle,as well as the organic micro-particle was reviewed. The idea of developing novel organic micro-particle with the structure highly branched was also proposed.
