高剪切纤维离解机内速度场与压力场的CFD模拟

摘要 应用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了高剪切纤维离解机的物理模型,应用FLUENT软件模拟了高剪切纤维离解机的内部流场变化,重点研究了离解机内部的压力和速度变化对流场的影响。出口压力与螺杆转速的变化对离解机内部温度的分布影响比较大,螺杆的转速越低,螺杆上的温度梯度越明显;而对于压力场和速度场的分布影响不大。出口压力的变化和螺杆转速的变化只是对压力场和速度场在离解机内部相同位置出现的压力和速度值有所影响。 The phsycal model of high-shear fiber kneaders was set up based on Pro/ E program, and the CFD simulation of the flow field in the kneader was simulated based on FLUENT program. The effects of the variations of velocity and the pressure in kneaders on the flow field were mainly studied in the article. The results show that the influence of the variations in outlet pressure and screw rotating speed on temperature field in kneaders is more obvious in temperature gradient with the lower rotating speed, and not obvious in pressure field and velocity field. But the variations in outlet pressure and screw rotating speed can influence the pressure values and vilocity values which exist in the same position in pressure field and vilocity field in kneaders.
