摘要
用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与聚四氢呋喃二醇、1,4-丁二醇、亲水扩链剂和自制的含酮羰基的扩链剂,采用自乳化法合成了室温交联型水性聚氨酯乳液。用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、热失重分析(TGA)和纸张物理性能检测的手段对聚合物结构、乳胶膜的热稳定性以及应用性能进行了表征。实验结果表明:当滤纸定量为80g/m2时,将配好的质量分数为5%的含酮羰基的聚氨酯乳液进行纸的应用性能测试,纸的耐折次数、环压指数分别达到90次、5.92N.m2/g,与空白样相比耐折次数提高了13倍,环压指数提高了11%。
Waterborne polyurethane which can be crosslinked at ambient temperature was synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate, polytetrahydrofuran glycol, 1,4-butanediol and hydrophilic-chain extender as raw materials and by self-emulsifying method. ATR-FTIR, TGA and paper testing methods were used to characterize the structure, the thermal stability and the applying performance. The experimental results show that the emulsion with the content of 5% is applied to the filter paper with 80g/m2 basis weight, the folding endurance and the ring crush index can be reached to 90 times and 5.92N.m2/g, with 13 times and 11% improving respectively.
