摘要
对30个甘蔗杂交组合开展家系评价研究的结果发现,各个组合之间的茎径差异极限著,而父本之间则在茎径、田间锤度上的差异分别达到显著或极限著水平。其中,CP94-1100作为父本,其相关杂交组合实生苗11月的平均田间锤度达18.2%、名列第1位,其次为粤糖91-976,而粤糖00-236、粤糖93-159和ROC26居最后;在茎径方面,以CP72-1210为父本的相关组合的后代平均茎径最大、达2.62 cm,其中又以组合粤糖92-126×CP72-1210的后代平均茎径表现最好。此外,从单株选择的后代入选率来看,各亲本和组合亦表现不一。
Results of family evaluation for sugarcane seedling populations trial in Zhanjiang region in 2009 showed that there was very significant difference among the 30 families(crosses) in stalk width,and significant or very significant difference among the 15 male parents in both stalk width and field brix.The hybrids of CP94-1100 and YT91-976,which were both crossed as the male parents,had a higher field brix in November than those of the other male parents;But the average field brix of the hybrids,whose male parents were separately YT00-236,YT93-159 and ROC26,was the lowest.In stalk width,compared to those hybrids of the other male parents,the ones of CP72-1210 had a better performance especially when it was crossed with YT92-126.On the other hand,as far as the percentage of the progenies being selected was concerned,the performance of these parents and crosses was diverse,too.
