1-MCP对火龙果采后贮藏品质的影响 被引量:18

摘要 以火龙果为材料,研究了1-MCP对火龙果采后贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:当1-MCP浓度为1.0μL/L时最有利于延长火龙果的贮藏期,能有效保持火龙果常温贮藏期间的可溶性固形物含量和果皮厚度、减缓果实失重率和鳞片含水量下降、减缓火龙果果肉及果皮干物质的降解、抑制细胞膜相对透性的升高,具有较明显的保鲜效果。
