摘要
目的:探讨低剂量辐射对不同岗位男性放射人员T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法:检测168例男性放射人员CD3+T、CD3+/CD4+T、CD3+/CD8+T、CD4+/CD45RA+T、CD4+/CD45RO+T、CD8+/CD45RA+T、CD8+/CD45RO+T、CD8+/CD28+T、CD8+/CD95+T、CD8+/HLA-DR+T在淋巴细胞中的百分率,按工作岗位及工龄进行分组比较,以39名健康男性为对照。结果:CT组中,CD3+/CD8+T在~20和21~工龄组中的差异存在显著统计学意义(t=2.07,P〈0.05);21~工龄组中,CD3+/CD8+T和CD8+/CD45RO+T在CT组和对照组中的差异存在显著统计学意义(t=-2.04,P〈0.05;t=-2.36,P〈0.05)。结论:低剂量电离辐射能引起CT机组20年以上工龄的男性放射人员CD3+/CD8+T的降低,应加强监控。
Objective To investigate effects of the ionizing radiation on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of different positions of male radiation personnel.Methods The CD3+T,CD3+/CD4+T,CD3+/CD8+T,CD4+/CD45RA+T,CD4+/CD45RO+T,CD8+/CD45RA+T,CD8+/CD45RO+T,CD8+/CD28+T,CD8+/CD95+T,CD8+/HLA-DR+T percentage in the peripheral blood lymphocyte of 168 male radiation personnel were tested and compared by different jobs and working ages,with 39 healthy male controls.Results In CT group,CD3+/CD8+T between ~20 and 21~ working ages groups was statistically significant difference(t=-2.07,P0.05,t=-2.36,P0.05).In 21~ working ages group,CD3+/CD8+T and CD8+/CD45RO+T between CT group and control group were both significant different(t=-2.04,P0.05,t=-2.36,P0.05).Conclusion Reduce of CD3+/CD8+T lymphocyte subset was mainly caused by low-dose ionizing radiation in male radiation doctor who worked in CT position longer than 20 years.We should pay attention to that.
