血清Hcy、hs-CRP和尿β_2-m联检对DM2-N的临床价值

Clinical Value of Combined Measurement of Serum Hcy,hs-CRP and Urinary β_2-m in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的：探讨血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和尿β2-微球蛋白（β2-m）联检在2型糖尿病肾病（DM2-N）中的应用价值。方法：将105例DM2-N患者按尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）分为A、B、C三组,A组：UAER〈20μg/min,45例;B组UAER 20~200μg/min,37例;C组UAER〉200μg/min,23例。用Olympus AU2700全自动生化分析仪检测血清Hcy、hs-CRP;尿β2-m采用E170型罗氏化学发光免疫分析仪检测。结果：各组DM2-N患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP和尿β2-m水平均明显升高,与对照组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：血清Hcy、hs-CRP和尿β2-m联检在协助临床做好DM2-N早预防、早发现、早治疗方面有其积极意义。

Objective To study the clinical value of combined measurement of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and urinary β2-m in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 105 type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided in to three groups according to their urine albumin excretion rate（UAER）： Group A,UAER20μg/min（n=45）,Group B,UAER 20~200μg/min（n=37）,Group C,UAER200μg/min（n=23）.Results Each group of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients,the levels of serum homocystein,ultra sensitive C-reactive protein and urine β2-microglobulin were elevated obviously equally,compares with the control group,has the significant difference（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The homocystein,high sensitive C-reactive protein and urine β2-microglobulin combined examination clinically makes type 2 diabetic nephropathy at the assistance to prevent,to discover,treats the aspect to have its positive sense early.
