Baby Anne is a writer with unique personalities who rose to sudden fame in the middle and late 1990s via the Internet in China.Good at analyzing contemporary urbanites＇ morbidities of the soul,such as a chaotic life,apathetic emotions and distorted values,Baby Anne reveals in her novels that the shrinking and decadence of human nature,coupled with the squeeze from poor life conditions,are the underlying causes to urbanites＇ illnesses in souls.Therefore,they give messages to those urbanites that heart-to-heart talks and the return to nature are good medicines to save themselves spiritually and that only by abandoning their endless pursuit of material wealth to live with a simple and plain life can they find the road to salvation.
