合成了 Ｂａ Ｏ Ｚｎ Ｏ Ｐ２ Ｏ５ 玻璃粉体，并研究了它对铂膜传感器电阻和温度系数的影响⒚研究表明，形成的保护膜透明，机械强度高。

The BaO ZnO P 2O 5 glass powder was synthesized .The influence of the material on the resistor and the temperature coefficient of the Pt film sensor was studied. The result in the paper was evinced, the protestant film that formed on the Pt film sensor was transparent and had high mechanical strength,and our material had less influence for the property of the Pt film sensor than the electric sealed material.
