摘要
为了培养具备基础医学、临床医学和预防医学基本知识、基本理论、基本技能,"上得来、下得去、留得住、用得上"的应用型乡村全科医生,在乡村全科医生班采用基于循证医学理念的教学模式和适合学员特点的管理模式是必要的。通过与同层次教学班主干课程成绩比较和学生问卷调查,结果显示乡村全科医生班教学效果较好。
To train applied village general practitioners who are familiar with the basic knowledge, basic theoretic and basic technologies of preclinical medicine, clinical medicine and preventive medicine, can go up, go down, stay down and can be used well, it is essential to adopt the teaching modes based on evidence-based medicine and management modes suitable for characteristics of village general medical students. In comparison with the main course grades of equivalent class students, research has revealed that the teaching effect of village general medical class is satisfactory.
