摘要
MCQ团队在长期的探索之中,提出了一套独特的学生教育及管理模式,其中"早期"、"双线"和"企业化"三大核心特点对学生临床能力的培养起到了不可取代的指导作用,能够帮助学生更好的实现综合能力的提升。而严格的执行标准则促进了学生综合素质的提高。该教育模式的效果从近期来看较佳,至于其是否具有普适性和发展性,则需要远期的绩效评价结果进一步证实。
During MCQ team's long-term exploration,a unique set of student education and management mode were proposed including 3 core features: "early","double-line" and "commercial",which have played an irreplaceable guide role in training students' clinical abilities,and better improved students' comprehensive quality.Also the students' comprehensive quality has promoted by strictly implementing standard.This education mode of effect seems good recently,while its universality and development still should be confirmed by a long-term performance.
