摘要
通过调研天津市8所高校附属医院海外高层次人才引进情况,分析存在的共性问题,探讨引进人才政策、来源渠道、业绩考核等方法,结合国内外引进海外高层次人才的先进经验,总结出针对性强、操作性强、实用性强的模式,致力于建立符合我市高校附属医院特点的引进海外高层次人才的模式,为高校医院合理引进应用型、创新型海外高层次人才提供指导。
By investigating the introduction of overseas high level talents in eight affiliated hospitals of Tianjin higher schools,and analyzing general issues and methods of talent policy,source channels and achievement assessment,the author has combined the advanced experience of the introduction of overseas high level talents at home and abroad and then summarized the patterns of more pertinence,operability and practicality.This paper supplies guidance for introduction of applied and innovative overseas high talents in our city's hospitals of higher schools.
