大学生就业指导多维体系的构建研究

Research on multi-dimensional construction of students' employment guidance

严峻的就业形势和高校人才培养模式的错位使高校就业指导工作日益突出。现行就业指导工作体系的片面性、单调性与零散性导致了就业工作重心的偏离与弱化。就业指导工作需要一个整体的、系统的、导向性的多维体系来构架与支撑。因此,在借鉴国内外先进的就业指导工作体系的基础上,提出了构建多维的大学生就业指导体系的新思路,以期待进一步改进并完善就业指导工作。

Employment guidance in colleges increasingly stands out due to grave employment situation and dislocation of talents training patterns.The one-sidedness,monotony and scattering of current employment guidance lead to deviation and weakening of the focus in employment work.An integral,systematic and oriented multi-dimensional system is needed to construct and support employment guidance work.Therefore,on the basis of advanced employment guidance system both home and abroad,the thesis puts forward a new idea on how to construct multi-dimensional employment guidance system for university students in order to further improve employment guidance.
