加强综合大学二级学院建设 构建有效工作机制

综合大学二级学院是大学办学的基础单位,二级学院发展的好与坏是大学的办学目标能否实现的关键所在。但是由于综合大学二级学院的形成情况、管理体制以及运行模式的不同,致使二级学院在办学过程中存在着这样或那样的问题,极大影响了办学质量和效益。为综合大学二级学院有效的运作,担负起办人民满意学大学的历史重任,笔者对综合大学二级学院的现状、存在的问题和解决的办法进行了探讨,希望与同道交流。

The secondary college of comprehensive university is basic unit of comprehensive university so it is the key facts to decide whether the university is good or bad.But because of its different forms,management system and operation mechanism,many sorts of problems happen in executing processes,which seriously affect its educational quality and efficiency.For its effective operation and undertaking historical responsibility which will make people satisfactory,the present paper probes into the current situation of comprehensive university and existing problems as well as methods to deal with the problems.
