摘要
合理开处方是医生的一项重要技能,而临床药理学教学对培养本科生发展这项技能非常重要。文章以培养并发展医学本科生的治疗能力为目标,主要阐述临床药理学教学的重点是讲授治疗推理。而以目前的认知心理学和医学教学理论为基础,对疾病的发生和结果进行上下文联系进行临床药理学教学,则是指导学生获得成功治疗技能的一种有效方法。
The rational prescribing of drugs is an essential skill of medical doctors.Teaching clinical pharmacology and therapeutics play an important role in the development of these skills to undergraduates' medicinal therapeutic competencies.With an emphasis on therapeutic decision-making,the learning objectives of clinical pharmacology teaching are developing the therapeutic competencies of undergraduate medical students.On the basis of current theories of cognitive psychology and medical education,context-learning is presented as an effective approach.
