铁路危险货物罐车车载动态监控系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了使铁路危险货物罐车运输过程更加安全可靠、更加高效,需要对危险货物罐车运输过程中的各个环节进行有效的监督管理,以便在运输过程中随时掌握危险货物运输动态,一旦发生事故能够及时处置,最大限度地减少损失。基于物联网技术,通过研究运用信息控制与监测技术,实现危险货物铁路罐车运输的远程动态监控所涉及的关键要素、相关信息采集、功能结构分析和远程监控平台构建,从基本原理、核心技术、系统总体设计、监控平台设计等方面综合考虑,从而对罐车内部的压力、温度、液面高度、介质密度及在途运行位置等方面进行动态实时监控。 In order to ensure safety,credibility and high efficiency in the process of railway dangerous goods tank transportation,each tache in dangerous goods tank transportation need to be effectively monitored and managed,as to master the dangerous freight transport status at any moment during freight transportation,in case accident occurred,it could be disposed in time as to reduce loss in maximum.Base on technology of things internet,through studying the utilization information control and monitoring technology,the key factors of remote dynamic monitoring for dangerous goods tank transportation,relative information collection,function structure analysis and establishment of remote monitoring platform could be realized.The paper comprehensively considers the basic principle,key technologies,system general design and monitoring platform,then makes dynamic real-time monitoring on inner pressure,temperature,liquid surface height and medium density of tank cars,as well as transport location on route,etc..
