摘要
研究了不同浓度根瘤促生剂对大豆植株干重、根瘤菌数量、根系活力、固氮酶活性和豆血红蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:适量浓度根瘤促生剂对大豆各项生理指标均有促进作用,浓度较高时显著抑制大豆正常生长发育,结瘤及营养吸收等功能。均表现为处理组T3(根瘤促生剂终浓度为0.143%,v/v)高于其它4组,其中T1和T4对固氮酶活性和豆血红蛋含量影响基本一致。根瘤促生剂的适量施用对植株生长在早期影响非常显著,后期趋于稳定。通过建立根瘤促生剂对根瘤促生作用的检测系统,将对减少化学氮肥施用、保护生态环境、促进农业可持续发展等方面起重要作用。
In this paper,a pot culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of different concentration of nodule growth-promoting agent(NGPA) on the variation of dry weight(DW),nodule number,root vigor,nitrogenase activity and leghemoglobin in nodule of soybean(Glycine max L.)at seedling,flowering and podding stage.The results showed that moderate concentration of NGPA promoted various physiological indexes of soybean.Higher concentration of NGPA significantly inhibited soybean growth and development,nodulation and nutrition absorption function,etc.Among all the treatments,T3(0.143% v/v) of NGPA) performed best compared to the other four NGPA concentrations.T1(CK) and T4(0.286% of NGPA) had same effect on nitrogenase activity and leghemoglobin content.Proper application of NGPA demonstrated significant effects in the early growth stage of soybean.In order to reduce the use of chemical nitrogen fertilizer,protect the ecological environment and promote sustainable agricultural development,the establishment detection system of the NGPA on nodule growth-promoting would play an important role.
