摘要 为了实现套印误差在线实时检测,提出了一种基于测控条的套准误差计算方法。首先将测控条进行定位,消除角度偏差;然后,基于测控条本身的特点,计算实地块边缘相对于基准色块边缘在水平和垂直方向的平移量,将此平移量与设定的标准距离相比较,即可得到其它各色印版相对于基准印版的套准偏差。实验结果表明,该算法的检测精度和效率完全满足彩色印刷品套准误差检测的要求。 A register error detection method based on control strip was put forward to realize real time and online detection of register error.Firstly,the control strip was located to eliminate deviation.Then,the translations of the solid block's edge from the reference block's edge in horizontal and vertical direction were calculated based on the characteristics of the control strip.The register error of plates from reference plate can be obtained.The experimental result showed that the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm satisfies the requirements of color printing.
