摘要
为提高印刷转移效果,以硫醇为研究对象,从理论上分析了理想状况印刷和实际印刷中硫醇的比表面能对其转移率和铺展系数的影响;实验研究了印刷图案精细程度和达到稳定的时间随硫醇浓度的变化情况。结果表明:降低硫醇浓度可降低其比表面能,从而增大转移率和增强在基底表面的铺展效果。为实际应用中硫醇转移过程的控制和改进提供一些指导。
Effects of specific surface energy of thiols on ink transfer efficiency and spreading ratio in ideal practical printing processes were analyzed.Changes of pattern precision and stable time with thiols concentration were studied with experiments.The results showed that reducing thiols concentration can reduce specific surface energy,so as to enhance transfer efficiency and spreading effect of ink on substrate surface.The purpose was to provide guidance for control and improvement of thiols transfer process in practical application.
