摘要
针对目前用于扭矩扳手的绕线式和滑环式传感器的不足,使用了一种新的非接触式扭矩传感器。在处理传感器输出的两列电压信号时,选用了一个双稳态触发器将两列存在相位差的电压信号转换成一列电压信号,最终将该电压信号输入到单片机中。测量占空比,然后通过转换计算出实际的扭矩值并在显示屏中显示出来。实验结果表明,改进后的扭矩扳手的精确度是符合要求的。
Aiming at the shortcomings of wound-rotor and slip-ring sensors used for torque wrenches now, a kind of new noncontact sensor is applied. When processing the two-channel voltage signals, which are outpntted from the sensor, a bistable trigger is selected to transform the two-channel voltage signals with the phase difference between them into the one-channel voltage signal, and finally, the voltage signal is inputted to the MCU. To measure the duty cycle and then the actual torque value is calculated by means of the conversion and also displayed on the display screen. The experimental result indicates that the improved torque wrench can meet the required precision.
