摘要
本文分析了一种采用新型柔性控制技术的双燃料发动机燃气电子控制单元ECU(Electronic Control Unit)的技术要点,研究了其开发测试过程中数据管理的必要性和复杂性,设计了满足定值和实时数据同步协调管理需求的监控数据库,探索并验证了一种基于Labwindows/CVI的新型低成本高效率的数据库动态访问方法。实践证明,本方案可较好地满足燃气ECU开发和测试中对数据管理的需求。
This paper analyzed the technical points of gas ECU (Electronic Control Unit)of the Dual-fuel engine developed by adopting a new flexible control technology, and researched the necessity and complexity of data management in the gas ECU development and test procedures. It designed a monitoring database which can meet the requirements of synchronization coordinated management between fixed-value and real-time data, and explored a new lowcost-effective method of dynamic access of database based on LabWindows/CVI. The practice proved that this scheme can satisfy the data management requirements in the gas ECU development and test well.
