镀铝锌硅自动化系统的HMI设计与应用

摘要 针对镀铝锌硅生产系统对数据快速性、准确性和有效性三方面的要求,采用Wonderware InTouch监控组态软件进行HMI画面的设计。画面程序实现了对工艺参数的设定和调用,主画面入口段、工艺段、出口段速度、张力等数据的显示和记录,以及相关故障、报警信息的指示和各液压站的远程控制及状态指示。InTouch和PLC之间的实时数据通信通过MPI网络来实现。工程实践结果表明,该监控系统响应快、可靠性高、实用性强、易于操作,满足了生产需求。 Aiming at the requirements for the three aspects of rapidity, accuracy and validity of the data from the aluminum galvanized production system, the monitoring configuration software Wonderware In Touch is adopted to design the graphics of HMI. It can set and call the technological parameters, display and record the process data, such as speed, tension of the inlet section, technology section and outlet section and also indicate the information of related fault and alarm and the remote control and statuses of each hydraulic station. The real time data communication between In Touch and the PLC is realized by means of the MPI. The result of the engineering practice shows that the monitoring system is of fast response, high reliability and better practicability as well as easy to operate, it can satisfy the production requirements.
