基于PLC控制的桥式起重机

摘要 本文介绍三菱FX2N系列PLC和安川VS616G7系列变频器在桥式起重机控制系统中的应用。将可编程序控制器(PLC)和变频器应用于桥式起重机的控制系统中,通过编程来实现对起重机各机构的控制,这改善了起重机的性能,减少了故障,提高了工作效率。同时,采用变频器对各机构的驱动电动机进行变频调速控制,较之传统的在电机转子电路中串接入电阻调速的方式具有明显的优势,极大地提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性,并节约了能源。 The paper introduces the application of Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC and YASGAWA VS616G7 series frequency converter in the control system of bridge crane. Applying the PLC and the frequency converter to the control system of bridge crane, the control of the each mechanism is realized by the programming, so it improves the performances of crane, reduces the faults, and enhances the work efficiency. Meanwhile, using inverters to control the drive motors of the each mechanism in the mode of frequency conversion speed control is relatively superior to the traditional speed regulation mode of connecting series-resistances in motor rotor circuit; it has greatly enhanced the reliability and stability of the system and saved the energy as well.
