In the cutting process of crystalline silicon which constitutes solar cell, the quality of sections is of critical importance, so a higher machining accuracy and production efficiency for cutting machine are required. The paper introduces the process of multi-thread cutting, the main technical indexes and functional requirements and the composition, functions and technical characteristics of the control system as well.
