摘要
采用水热法,以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和Na2S.9H2O为前驱体,通过不同的反应条件合成出不同形貌的Bi2S3纳米棒。所得产物用XRD和TEM进行了分析和表征。结果表明,当Na2S.9H2O与Bi(NO3)3.5H2O的摩尔比为2:1,水热合成温度为150℃,前处理模式为超声振荡时,所得Bi2S3纳米棒结晶度较高,形貌均匀,并且通过改变水热时间长短可得到不同长度的Bi2S3纳米棒。
Bi2S3 nanorods with different morphologies were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method using Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and Na2S·9H2O as precursors.The products were analyzed with XRD and TEM techniques.The results showed that the Bi2S3 nanorods had higher crystallinity and more uniform morphology when it was prepared under the ultrasonic irradiation,moore ratio of Na2S·9H2O∶Bi(NO3)3·5H2O was 2∶1,and reaction temperature was 150 ℃.Also,Bi2S3 nanorods with different length could be obtained by changing the hydrothermal reaction time.
