本文较全面地介绍了镶嵌固体润滑剂轴承,(一种由金属与固体润滑剂组合而成的轴承)的润滑原理、生产制备和研究进展,并列举了其在冶金、水利、船舶、工程机械及桥梁等方面的应用。 作者认为,镶嵌固体润滑剂轴承是一种简便易行的固体润滑技术的使用形式,并且兼具金属轴承的特点(如机械强度高、热传导性好等)和自润滑轴承的特点(如可用于高温、腐蚀、辐射和极压等环境),有很大的推广应用价值。

This paper presents the lubrication principles, manufacturing procedures and research developments of solid lubricants embedded bearings ( a kind of bearings composited with metal and solid lubricants ) in all-round way.Their applications to metallurgy, irrigation works, ship building, engineering machine and bridge building are given.The author believes' that the solid lubricants embedded bearings are applicable forms.of solid lubrication technique, which are convenient, effective and easy to use.These bearings, which possess both the characteristics of metal bearings ( for example,'good mechanical strength, and thermal conductivity, etc. ) and self-lubricating bearings ( applicated in such environments, as high temperature, corrosion, radiation and extreme pressure, etc.), are worth popularizing and have great applying potential.
