包埋粉末活性炭的高分子凝胶球对无机磷的去除效率及吸附特性 被引量:2

The Research on Removal Efficiency and Adsorption Characteristic of Phosphorus by Activated Carbon Embedded in Polymer Gel Beads

摘要 研究了包埋粉末活性炭的高分子凝胶球对废水中无机磷的去除效率及吸附特性。结果表明:海藻酸钠(SA)、聚氧化乙烯(PEO)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、粉末活性炭(PAC)等4种含粉末活性炭的高分子凝胶球吸附无机磷的平衡时间都是2 h,PEO-SA-PAC凝胶球的吸附效率最高。实验最佳温度为30℃,是放热反应。准二级动力学方程可以很好的描述PEO-SA-PAC凝胶球对无机磷的吸附行为,膜扩散是影响反应速率的主要因素。Langmuir型等温吸附方程能够更好的描述PEO-SA-PAC凝胶球对无机磷的吸附行为,是单分子层吸附。 The removal efficiency and the adsorption characteristic of gel beads embedding activated carbon to phosphorus were studied.The results showed that the balanced adsorption time of the four gel balls(SA,PEO,PVA and PAC) with powdered activated carbon of inorganic phosphorus was 2 hours,and PEO-SA-PAC gel balls had the most adsorption efficiency.The best experiment temperature was 30 ℃,and it was an exothermic reaction.Quasi-dynamic equations could be a good description of the PEO-SA-PAC gel balls on the adsorption behavior of inorganic phosphorus,and the impact of membrane proliferation was a major factor in reaction rate.Langmuir isotherm equation could better describe the PEO-SA-PAC gel balls on the adsorption behavior of inorganic phosphorus and it was a monolayer adsorption reaction.
