季戊四醇协同ZnSt_2/CaSt_2对CPVC的稳定作用 被引量:5

Effect of Perntaerythritol Combined with CaSt_2/ZnSt_2 on Chlorinated Poly (Vinyl Chloride)

摘要 研究了季戊四醇(PER)协同CaSt2/ZnSt2对氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)的稳定作用。由刚果红试验可知单独使用PER对CPVC有一定的稳定作用。当PER与CaSt2/ZnSt2协同使用时,体系稳定时间显著延长,并且体系微商热重法(DTG)曲线上在200℃~300℃内出现了新的失重峰。通过计算值与电喷雾离子化质谱分析(ESI-MS)结果值比较,当PER和PER/CaSt2/ZnSt2分别用于CPVC的稳定时,PER羟基被氯原子取代,并且分子内发生了缩聚反应形成相应的醚。 The stabilization effect of perntaerythritol(PER) combined with calcium and zinc stearates(CaSt2/ZnSt2) on chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride)(CPVC) was investigated.Congo red stability data indicate that perntaerythritol(PER) alone has a mild stabilizing effect on the degradation of CPVC.Addition of mixed CaSt2/ZnSt2 to this system offers a significant improvement in stability.Derivative thermogravimetric studies indicate that a new peak in the temperature range 200 ℃~300 ℃ appears on the DTG curve of PER combined with CaSt2/ZnSt2 stearates on CPVC.Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS) indicates that condensation and chlorination of PER occur when PER and PER/CaSt2/ZnSt2 systems are employed to stabilize CPVC.
