摘要
对于现实中常出现的照明改造节电不节钱现象,本文考虑用经济评价的方法来解决这个问题。首先,引入效益比对当前所用照明设备改造的必要性进行衡量,进而依据效益比数值大小对改造对象进行排序,若出现效益比最大值同时存于不同设备,则引入相对投资回收期的方式来筛出优选设备;在此基础上,再根据当前照明设备的相对剩余时间决定改造的具体位置。这样,在得知改造资金、改造对象和改造地点的条件下,可产生相应最佳节电改造方案。某中学实例的验证表明,此方法是切实有效的。
Many energy-saving programs in lighting modification have the embarrassment of remaining cost while energy saving.The improvement scheme on the economy will be found in this thesis,which is through evaluating the overall benefit on the basis of the price,life span and ratio of work of illuminative equipment.Firstly,the benefit ratio will be used to evaluate on the necessity,and put them in order according to the benefit.If the biggest benefit ratio is in different equipment simultaneously,the better one will be selected in terms of relative investment recovery period.In succession,the equipment will be improved according to the relative remaining time.Then an example from a high school is to prove that the scheme is workable.
