摘要
目的 测量工业用水中的硅酸根含量方法 基于光电比色原理,由8031单片机、模数转换芯片(AD574)、时钟芯片(DALLAS12887)、串行通讯芯片(ICL232),并通过扩展接口芯片(8255)外接液晶显示器(16×1LCD)、触摸键盘(4×4阵列)以及微型打印机(TPμp16A),构成一个多功能的智能分析仪结果 该单片机系统可对模拟检测信号进行线性放大,对检测数据实时采集、分段回归计算、实时显示和打印输出,同时可通过上、下微机通讯实现对检测数据进行分析和存储结论 采用零点自动补偿和分段回归方法,提高了分析仪的测量精度而且,该仪器功能强、成本低、操作方便。
Aim To measure SiO -2 3 contents in industrial water. Methods The development of the multi function intelligent analyzing instrument was accomplished based on the basic principle of photoelectric colorimetry. The instrument consists of MCS 8031 micro processor and its periphery chips (AD574, DALLAS12887, ICL232, 8255, 16×1 LCD, TPμp 16A and 4×4 membrane keypad). Results The instrument can amplify imitating measuring signal linearly and carry out A/D transform with high precision. In the micro processor the measuring data are gathered in real time, calculated by means of division regression, displayed in LCD, printed out through TPμp 16A and transfered to PC in order to analyze them on PC. Conclusion The error of the measuring system is obviously reduced owing to using automatic error compensating and division regression models, in addition, this instrument has simple operating rules, multi function and high stability and reliability.
