摘要
156项工程是20世纪1950年代新中国工业化建设的核心项目,是在新中国建立后形成的有利的国际国内政治、经济环境下苏联援助中国建设的现代工业项目。通过156项工程的建设,苏联工业技术以国际技术史上前所未有的规模被转移至中国,提高了中国的科学技术综合水平,并促进了中国规划科技体制的建设。
The 156 Soviet assisted projects were the core projects of industrial construction in PRC in the 1950s,and they were the modern industrial projects by the assistance from Soviet in the environment of advantageous international and domestic politics and economy after the establishment of PRC.Through the construction of the 156 Soviet assisted projects,the industrial technology of Soviet was transferred to China in the unprecedented range in the history of international technology.The industrial technology of Soviet raised the synthetic level of science and technology of China,and promoted the construction of Chinese planned institution of science and technology.
