摘要
本文概述了双电层电容器的原理与特征,以明电舍公司研制的M-CAP系列为例,介绍双层电容器的结构与性能参数;并对M-CAP在直流电气铁道的储能装置和半导体制造设备上的应用实例予以介绍。
The principle and characteristics of double electric layer capacitors as well as the structure and performance parameters of M-CAP series developed by MEIDENSHA Corporation are outlined in this paper. Applications of M-CAP in direct-current electric railway power storage devices and semiconductor manufacturing devices are introduced also.
