摘要
针对传统注塑模具设计方法存在设计周期长、成本高且质量难以保证的不足,采用计算机辅助设计软件UG和有限元分析软件Moldflow相结合的方法进行汽车内饰件的注塑模具设计,创建了汽车前立柱饰盖的三维实体模型和模流分析有限元模型,通过对注射过程中填充流动分析、冷却分析的模拟,得到了最佳浇口位置,获取了型腔中的气穴分布,调整优化了汽车前立柱饰盖注塑模具结构,并通过实践证明,该模具结构独特,运动灵活可靠,制品质量满足使用要求。
Traditional mold design methods have disadvantages such as long design cycle,high cost and low quality.By combining the computer-aided design software UG and the finite-element analysis software MoldFlow,a new design of injection molds for automotive trim is presented and a solid three-dimensional model of automotive trim and mold flow analysis model are created in this paper.According to the simulation of the flow analysis,the optimum gating location and exhaust system are identified and the cooling system is restructured based on the mold flow software.The mold structure is unique and stripping flexible and reliable.It's proved that the product quality can satisfy the requirements of practice.
