摘要
应用瞬发γ射线中子活化分析法,研究了多元素介质中元素间的干扰、相关性问题。实验发现,在样品颗粒度和几何条件一定的条件下,样品中某一元素特征峰面积受密度、含水量及其它元素的干扰,其中受氢( H) 峰影响最大。在定量分析元素含量时必须进行含水量、密度及元素干扰之校正,探索了最佳实验条件和可行的数据校正方法,并提供了方便直观的对话式数据分析处理软件,校正结果使标准偏差减小了0 .1 ~0 .3 。
The element disturb and interrelated problem are studied in many elements material. Experiment shows that lelment feature peak area is disturbed by density and gydrogen and other elements when sample pellet size and geometry contion are fixed. Special, the influence of hydrogen peak is great. So, the data must be proofreaded and corrected in calculating element content. We selected the best geometry condition of experiment and offerred convenient and audio-visual dialogure processing programme.
