摘要
选择藏鸡和新扬州鸡两种实验动物,通过测定它们的血液生理生化指标以及体尺和屠宰性能,以分析藏鸡与新扬州鸡对高海拔低氧环境高原适应性的差异机制,结果表明:藏鸡的心脏比率极显著地小于新扬州鸡(P<0.01),而藏鸡的脾脏比率显著大于新扬州鸡(P<0.05);藏鸡的红细胞体积显著大于新扬州鸡(P<0.05);藏鸡血液中碱性磷酸酶的含量显著低于新扬州鸡(P<0.05);藏鸡的胸腔相对较大,具有较大的肺含量。藏鸡具有适应高原环境的生理机制。
This expeiment was conducted to study the different mechanism of adapting the low oxygenous plateau environment between Zang chicken and New Yangzhou chicken through measuring physiological and biochemical parameter,body measurement and slaughter performance.The results showed that the heart rate of Zang chicken was greatly significant less than that of New Yangzhou chicken(P0.01),however the spleen rate of Zang chicken was significant bigger than that of New Yangzhou chicken(P0.05).The erythrocyte volume of Zang chicken was distinctly more than that of New Yangzhou chicken(P0.05).The content of ALP in Zang chicken was obviousy lower than that of New Yangzhou chicken(P0.05).The chest of Zang chicken was bigger,and its vital capacity was larger too.In conclusion,Zang chicken had the physiological mechanism of adapting the plateau environment.
