摘要
由脂肪醇出发,制备溴代烷,再与二甲胺进行反应,所合成的溴化二辛基二甲铵是新型,高效油田注水杀菌剂,其杀菌效果不低于国外同类产品杀菌剂(如双C8~10烷基氯化铵).在较低浓度下,如使用浓度为25mg/L时,对硫酸盐还原菌的杀菌率达100%,其杀菌效果优于1227杀菌剂。此外,该新型杀菌剂的合成方法具有步骤少、工艺简单、原料易得、生产成本低等优点。因此,该新型杀菌剂有望成为目前油田广泛使用的1227杀菌物的替代品.
Using fatty alcohol as starting material, bromoalkane, an intemediate product wasobtained. Double octyl quaternary ammoninm bromate, which was a new and effective bactericide of oil-field flooding could be produced as bromoaldane reacted with dimethylamine. It'sbetter than the same one abroad in killing the bacterial. In a low concentration, such as 25mg/l, the killing effect can arrive at 100%. Obviously, it was more effective than 1227.Futhermore, the sythesis way had advantages such as few procedure, simply technique, availableraw material and low product cost. So, it will be a substitute of 1227.
