摘要
大学生素质发展过程就是扮演大学生角色的过程,它需要经历角色期待、角色领悟、角色实践三个阶段。通过对N J市8所高校的调查分析发现,大学生基础性素质发展优秀,开拓性素质发展良好,核心素质亟需提升,且大学生素质与全面发展的角色期待存在偏差。要实现大学生素质发展与社会角色期待的契合,应当围绕"营造良好环境、推动教育改革、开发家庭教育功能、明确角色主体意识、促进角色调适"的思路,从社会角色调适、家庭角色调适、学校角色调适和大学生角色调适四个维度进行角色调适。
The development process of college students quality plays the process of the college students role,it must go through three stages of the role expectations,role awareness,role practice.After diagnoses of 8 universities of NJ City,we found that the students basic quality develop very excellence,the development of the trailblazing quality is good,the core quality is urgently need for improving,and there is bias between the college quality biased and the role expectations of students comprehensive development. To achieve development of college students to conform to the social role expectations,we should carry out the role adjustment from the four dimensions of the social role adjustment,family role adjustment,school student role adjustment around the thought of "creating a good environment,promoting education reform,developing family education function,clearing the consciousness of the subject role,and promoting the adaptation of role".
