摘要
某100m钢筋混凝土烟囱,建于20世纪60年代,使用过程中发现烟囱局部外壁保护层出现外鼓起壳现象,纵向钢筋因锈蚀体积膨胀造成保护层脱落,其目前的使用状况不仅难以满足正常使用和耐久性方面的要求,并且可能对结构安全造成威胁。基于烟囱的当前状况,首先,根据烟囱实际的使用状况和计算分析结果,对烟囱的抗震性能做出了评价;其次,根据鉴定结果和烟囱实际存在的问题,提出了整体加固方案;第三,利用有限元软件ANSYS对整体加固后烟囱的抗震能力和变形进行了分析,验证了加固方案的可行性。
A 100 m reinforced concrete chimney was built in 1960's,and it is found that local concrete cover appears muster and crack,and the corrosion of longitudinal reinforcement leads to concrete cover broke off.Its current condition can not only hard satisfy the normal usage and the request for durability but also possibly threaten structural safety.Based on the chimney's current situation,firstly,according to the chimney's actual situation and the result of calculation and analysis,this paper evaluates seismic appraisal capability of chimney.Secondly,according to the chimney's actual problems and the result of evaluation,it puts forward maintenance and reinforcement scheme.Thirdly,through the finite element software ANSYS,it analyzes the seismic capability and deformation of the whole reinforced chimney,which tests the feasibility of reinforcement scheme.
