摘要
对于各种车辆,其变速箱齿轮是最易受到冲击破坏的零件之一,齿轮的失效形式主要表现为多次冲击载荷下的弯曲疲劳破坏。汽车二档是汽车起步或行驶的常用档位,利用联合动力学软件AD-AMS和有限元软件ANSYS来研究典型的变速器二档齿轮啮合工况,可很好地模拟突然接合离合器的工况,并将仿真结果与经典设计公式进行对比,证明分析方法正确可靠。其分析系统可以快速得出试验结果,为开发先进的汽车传动系统提供可靠的试验数据,及时发现和解决设计的薄弱环节。
For all kinds of vehicles,the transmission gears are the most vulnerable to damage in all parts.The mainly failure form of gears is resulted by bending fatigue damage under repeated impact.Second gear in car is the start of car or car driving gear.To study the meshing condition in typical second gear transmission will better simulate the condition of suddenly clutch engagement by using common joint dynamic software NDAMS and finite element software ANSYS.It proves the analyzing method is right by comparing the simulate result with classical designed formulas.This analyzing system can get the experimental result immediately,provide reliable data to develop advanced auto transmission systems,discover and solve the weaknesses in design promptly.
