摘要
针对某车型发动机舱怠速工况下温度过高的问题,运用软件Fluent对发动机舱内的气体流动进行三维仿真。从仿真结果的速度和温度分布,发现冷却气体回流是导致发动机舱过热的根本原因。据此提出添加阻风板的改进方案,以有效地改善该车型发动机舱内冷却气体的流动,解决了舱内温度过高的问题。
Aiming at the problem of underhood overheat in a vehicle at idling mode,a 3D simulation on the air flow in engine compartment is carried out by using CFD software Fluent.From the simulation results of velocity and temperature distributions,it is found that the circumfluence of cooling air is the radical cause of underhood overheat.Accordingly,a modification scheme is proposed of adding barrier plates for effectively improving the flow of cooling air in engine compartment,so the problem of underhood overheat is resolved.
