车辆行人碰撞事故中小腿骨折伤害的研究 被引量:11

摘要 文中主要研究我国城区车辆行人碰撞事故中行人小腿骨折伤害与其所承受机械载荷的相关性。,选取了4例典型行人事故进行了深入的分析,运用多体动力学软件开展了事故重建,并对事故中行人小腿承受载荷和实际的小腿伤情进行了分析。结果表明,未充分考虑行人安全的早期车型的低速碰撞也可能导致较重的行人小腿损伤,小腿加速度是小腿骨折有效的评估指标,而合理选择模型中小腿可断裂铰链的触发值将能更准确地预测行人的小腿骨折伤害。 The correlation between the tibia fracture injury of pedestrian and the mechanical load it bears in car-pedestrian impact accident in the urban areas of China is studied in this paper.Specifically,4 typical pedestrian accident cases are selected for in-depth analyses,accident reconstruction is carried out with multi-body dynamics software,and the load lower-leg bears and the severity of real lower-leg injury are analyzed.The results show that for cars of early model year paying less attention to pedestrian safety,even low-speed crash can also result in serious lower-leg injury and that while shank acceleration is an effective criterion for tibia fracture estimation,properly selecting the trigger indices of frangible joint in lower-leg model will be able to predict the tibia fracture of pedestrian more accurately.
