摘要
目的观察比较新疆石榴皮不同提取部位的急性毒性。方法根据预实验结果初步观察各部位毒性大小,然后采用不同的急性毒性方法如最大耐受量(MTD)、最大给药量(MAD)、上下法等观察不同提取部位的急性毒性。结果石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、水相部位对小鼠的MAD分别为287.3、647.6、133.6 g/kg;95%乙醇提取物、醇提冷冻干燥粉的MTD分别为33.9、13.2 g/kg,乙酸乙酯正丁醇混合部位LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(<238 g/kg),以上均为折合生药量计算。结论新疆石榴皮毒性主要在醇提部位。
Objective To observe the acute toxicity of the different extract from Pomegranate Peel in Xinjiang.Methods According to preliminary experimental results,different acute toxicity test such as Maximal tolerance dose(MTD),Maximal administer dose(MAD),Up and down method etc in formal experiment were used to observe the acute toxicity of the different extract.Results MAD of petroleum ether extract,acetic ether extract,aqueous phase extract in mouse is 287.3 g/kg,647.6 g/kg,133.6 g/kg respectively;MTD of 95% ethanol extract,ethanol extract-freeze drying powder is 33.9 g/kg,13.2 g/kg respectively,MTD of acetic ether and n-butanol mixed extract exceed 120 g/kg.Conclusions Toxicity portion of Pomegranate Peel of Xinjiang mainly exits in alcohol extract.
