摘要
目的探讨酪蛋白磷酸多肽-无定形磷酸钙(CPP-ACP)与氟化钠(NaF)对脱矿釉质再矿化显微硬度的影响。方法取正畸拔除的离体前磨牙30颗,乳酸凝胶法制备人工早期釉质表层下脱矿后,按随机数字表分为空白对照组、CPP-ACP组、NaF组3组。采用MH-5型显微硬度计测量处理前及处理后牙釉质标本的显微硬度,观察牙釉质显微硬度的变化。结果 CPP-ACP组与NaF组牙釉质表面显微硬度明显高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CPP-ACP与NaF组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CPP-ACP在体外实验中能抑制酸性环境中牙釉质脱矿,促进牙釉质再矿化。
Objective To study the effect of casein phosphopeptide-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate solutions(CPP-ACP) and sodium fluoride(NaF) on micro consistency of artificial enamel subsurface white spot lesions after remineralization in vitro.Methods Extracted premolar teeth for orthodontic reason were immersed into lactic acid gel to prepare artificial white spot lesions.Then the specimens were randomly assigned to three groups: control group,CPP-ACP group,NaF group.The micro consistency of enamel surface before and after treatment was measured by type MH-5 durometer.Results The micro consistency in CPP-ACP group was obviously higher than that in control group(P〈0.05) and no significant difference was found when comparing with the NaF group(P〉0.05).Conclusion Casein phosphopeptide-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate solutions can reduce enamel demineralization and promoting remineralization in vitro.
