摘要
某火电厂循环水补充水采用石灰处理,简要介绍慢速脱碳处理工艺系统及流程。针对系统运行出现的出力达不到设计值和出水氯根超标问题,通过试验优化加药量,最终使系统出力达到了设计值2 500 m3/h,加酸(浓硫酸)后pH值为8.0~8.3,出水碱度〈0.65 mmol/L,浊度〈2.0 NTU,氯根〈132 mg/L,符合循环水补充水石灰处理设计要求。同时,达到了电厂循环水浓缩倍率提高到6的要求。
The make-up water treatment using lime is adopted for circulating water in one thermal power plant,the technological system and process of slow speed decarbonization have been briefly presented.Direting against the problems occurred in operation of said system,such as the output capacity doesn't reach the designed value,and the chlorine radicals exeeding set standard,the dosage of chemicals has been optimized through tests,the output capacity of the system is finally being made to reach the designed value 2500 m3/h,after dosing concentrated sulfer acid,the pH value being 8.0~8.3,the alkalinity of effluent water0.65 mmol/L,the turbidity2.0NTU,the chlorine radicals132 mg/L,tallying with the designed requirements of make-up water treatment using lime for the circulating water.At the same time,the requirement of enhancing the concentration cycles of circulating water in the power plant to 6 has reached.
