摘要
通过试验完成了含氟废水中CaF2形成的动力学研究,找出了CaF2晶核在处理低浓度含氟废水中的作用。在此理论基础上,本着废物利用及以废治废为目的,选用了沉淀法与吸附法进行试验对比。最终结合公司实际情况,采用生石灰-硫酸复合处理含氟废水。此法方便易操作,改造费用不高,生产成本较低,而且处理效果较好,处理后污水达到国家工业废水排放标准。
The study of the dynamics of the formation of CaF2 in the fluorine-containing effluent is completed through experimentation, and the role of CaF2 crystal nucleus is found in the treatment of low-concentration fluorine-containing effluent. Based on this theory, with the aim of waste utilization and treatment of wastes with wastes, the precipitation and adsorption methods are chosen, and experiments are carried out for comparison. Finally, in connection with the actual situation of the company, the combined treatment with quicklime-sulfuric acid is used for the fluorine-containing effluent. The method is convenient, easy to operate, the renovation cost is not high, the production cost is low, the treatment result is good, and the treated effluent reaches the national discharge standard for industrial effluents.
