介绍溴化锂制冷装置回收MDEA溶液余热节能技术的难点和创新点。简述其工作原理和工艺流程,介绍设备设计选型及溴化锂制冷装置的运行情况。实际运行表明,该装置节能效益显著,年增产合成氨6 325 t,节电1 533.2 kW.h。
The difficulties and innovation are presented in energy-saving technology by recovery of waste heat in MDEA solution in the lithium bromide refrigeration machine. A brief account is given of its work principle and process flow sheet, model selection for equipment design and operation of the lithium bromide refrigeration machine. The actual operation shows that the energy-saving effect of the unit is remarkable, with an annual increase in ammonia output of 6 325 t and a power saving of 1 533.2 kW· h.
